Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Adult patients (age greater than18 years); Stable clinical condition; Diabetes type 1 and 2 ; Foot wounds with Grade 2, 3 and 4 of Wagner; Lesions with more than 1 month, uncured; Authorization for the study; Patients of the SUS(Single Health System) .
Exclusion Criteria
- •Failure to fulfill one of the inclusion criteria; Patients who have contraindications for hyperbaric oxygen therapy, absolute or relative: chemotherapy with bleomycin, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, prior spontaneous pneumothorax, chronic sinusitis, chronic media otitis , unstable angina, severe congestive heart failure, claustrophobia, severe dementia, depression and history of seizures; Patients with macroangiopathy (absent of distal pulses).
