Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Age more than 18 years old
- •2\. The health care workers of faculty of medicine, Chiang Mai University who have had diabetis millitus type2 or impaired fasting glucose and were
- •3\. The health care workers who participated in the clinical program develop self\-care capabilities of diabetic patients and risk groups for personnel that held from March to May 2019\.

- •The patients deny to inform consent.
