Inclusion Criteria

Adult patients in the age between 18 and 60 years who scheduled to undergo elective minimally invasive cardiac surgery

Exclusion Criteria

1.Patient refusal.

2.Allergy to local anesthetics.

3.Localized infection.

4.Coagulopathy / Bleeding diathesis/ Patients on anticoagulants

5.Spinal deformities

6.Left Main Coronary Artery (LMCA) disease

7.Left Ventricular Ejection Fraction (EF) less than 40%

8.Cognitive impairment or active psychiatric condition.

9.Inability to understand pain scoring.

10.Emergency surgery

11.Redo surgery

12.Reexploration within 24 hours
