- •Adult patients in the age between 18 and 60 years who scheduled to undergo elective minimally invasive cardiac surgery
排除标准
- •1.Patient refusal.
- •2.Allergy to local anesthetics.
- •3.Localized infection.
- •4.Coagulopathy / Bleeding diathesis/ Patients on anticoagulants
- •5.Spinal deformities
- •6.Left Main Coronary Artery (LMCA) disease
- •7.Left Ventricular Ejection Fraction (EF) less than 40%
- •8.Cognitive impairment or active psychiatric condition.
- •9.Inability to understand pain scoring.
- •10.Emergency surgery
- •11.Redo surgery
- •12.Reexploration within 24 hours
