Inclusion Criteria
20 to 40 years old patients with irritable bowel syndrome based on the diagnostic criteria of Rome III. And their hospital anxiety and depression scale score was higher than 11.
Exclusion criteria: Current diagnosis or history of any psychotic disorder, Acute Suicidal idea, Substance use disorder, History of Neurological disorder such as Seizure
