Inclusion Criteria
Age Between 20 and 40 Years
History of an Ankle Sprain
A Score of Less than 90% in the Ankle Disability Questionnaire and Less than 80% in its Sports Form
Patients with Repeated Sprain Injuries for> 12 Months
Continue All Activities Before Injury Without Limitation
Patient with Repeated Sprain Injuries for More than 3 Months
Exclusion Criteria
Having a Health Plan or Injury Prevention
The Existence of Mechanical Instability in Addition to Functional instability
History of Lower Limb Fractures.
Recurrent Acute Ankle Sprain Within 6 Weeks

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Peroneal Muscle Reaction Time. Timepoint: Before exercises begin and at the end of 4 weeks of exercises. Method of measurement: Electromyographic Device.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Peroneal muscle reaction. Timepoint: The neurofeedback and myofeedback will be performed again before the training starts and eight weeks after the end of the exercise. Method of measurement: The reaction time of the muscles around the ankle is measured using an electromyographic device.
