2. Type 1/ Type 2 reaction
3. Clinically diagnosed
4. Not on treatment for reactions
5. Patients willing to participate
Exclusion Criteria
1. Pregnancy
2. Autoimmune diseases
3. Infectious comorbidities
4. Use of immunosuppressive drugs for other
causes than leprosy
