Inclusion Criteria
• Kidney transplant recipients with follow up in renal outpatient clinic in Universities of Ulm and Mannheim.
• Age = 18 yrs
• Written informed consent for study participation
Exclusion Criteria
• Severe neurological or psychiatric disorders influencing with study consent
• Missing consent for study participation
• Anatomical characteristics interfering with the elastographic measurement
• Contraindications for ultrasonographic testing
• Pregnancy

Name Time Method Allograft function (estimated by EKD-EPI GFR) baseline and after 3, 6, 9 and 12 months and shear wave velocity (in m/s) determined by ARFI based elastography at baseline and after 6 and 12 months.

Name Time Method Proteinuria and urinary biomarkers associated with acute and chronic kidney injury (Neutrophil-Gelatinase-Associated Lipocalin (NGAL), Clusterin, Interleukin (IL) -18, Kidney Injury Molecule (KIM) -1, complement factors C3a, C5a and terminal complement complex) (Month 0, 3, 6, 9 and 12)<br>
