•? Adults age of 19- 70
•? Adult who complaint subjective discomfort during the sleep
•? Adult with physical problems that can cause subjective discomfort during the sleep
•? Adult who understood the aim of the study and agreed to participate personally

•? Patient who diagnosed with sleep disorder and treated with positive airway pressure, oral device or surgical treatment
•? Subject who voluntarily withdraw intention to participate the study
•? Subject using medications effecting autonomic nervous system such as benzodiazepine or anti-depressant agent
•? Subject with disease which can increase airway resistance such as chronic lung disease or asthma
•? Subject with congenital anomaly or who cannot express severity of their symptoms
•? Subject with head and neck malignant neoplasm or underwent head and neck surgery
•? Subject who has phychologic•renal•cardiovascular•pulmonologic•hepatic disease that investigators decided it to be clinically significant
•? Pregnant or lactating women
