Inclusion Criteria
Healthy mothers; single fetus; submitted to normal delivery or cesarean; with no history of clinical or obstetric complications.
Exclusion Criteria
Chronic diseases and / or comorbidities; prematuriry; uterine abnormalities; fetal death; multiple birth; smoking, alcohol use and illicit drug use.

Name Time Method Serum inadequacy of maternal vitamin D may modify the inflammatory parameters of the mother and her child, as well as the clinical and anthropometric parameters of the newborn, through the analysis of placental inflammatory markers and clinic and anthropometric measures, respectively.
