1. Meeting the diagnostic criteria of non-specific low back pain;
2. Aged 18 to 65 years;
3. Right handedness;
4. Numerical rating scale (NRS)>=3 in the past week;
5. Signed informed consent.
1. Have a history of lumbar spine-related surgery or a waiting list for spine surgery;
2. Severe organic lesions, mental disorders and mental or neurological disorders;
3. Hearing, visual or communication impairment;
4. Pregnant women and lactating women;
5. MRI contraindications, such as claustrophobia, implanted cardiac pacemakers and other metal products;
6. Coagulation disorders;
7. Allergic to needles and alcohol or afraid of acupuncture;
8. Have received acupuncture or massage therapy in the last month;
9. Participated in other clinical studies within the past 3 months.
