Inclusion Criteria

1.Age 18-30 years, male and female

2.Individuals with non Specific Low Back Pain

3.Individuals with no neurological impairments.

4.Participants must accept and sign the Informed consent.

5.No previous history for any spinal fracture or spinal fixations.

Exclusion Criteria

1.Participants who were treated for low back pain with some form of surgical intervention

2.Patients with past trauma in back region that had impaired function.

3.Individuals with listhesis, lumbar radiculopathy.

4.Any recent abdominal surgery.
