- •Patients with head injury,Psychiatric disorder
- •Respiratory tract pathology
- •Endocrine disorder
- •Predicted difficult airway such as mouth opening less than 2 cm
- •ï??Modified Mallampati scale class 3 and 4
- •ï??BMI >35kg/m2)
- •ï??Patient having gastro-esophageal reflux disease, hiatus hernia and pregnancy
