(1) more than 18 year-old adults
(2) shoulder pain developed in hemiplegic side after stroke (within 1 year after storke)
(3) pain more severe than 4 out of 10 in Numeric rating scale
(4) more than 20 scores in Mini mental state examination (K-MMSE) or obey commend 2 steps possible
(5) agree with written consent, actively participate in the clinical study procedure
(1) history of injection in hemiplegic shoulder joint within 6 weeks
(2) such as fracture or neuropathic pain to induce hemiplegic shoulder pain
(3) history of cervical or shoulder surgery
(4) pain or history of disease in unaffected shoulder
(5) diagnosis of complex regional pain syndrome in hemiplegic shoulder
(6) uncontrolled, severe clinical disease such as cardiovascular, pulmonary, hematologic, kidney disease under the physician's judgment
(7) pregnant or breast-feeding
(8) uncontrolled psychiatric disease such as depression, obsession, anxiety with appropriate managements
(9) history of drug overuse
(10) uncontrolled diabetes mellitus
