Inclusion Criteria
Patients with Type 1 Respiratory failure only.
Exclusion Criteria
Type II Respiratory Failure
Use of Non Invasive Ventilation after extubation
NIV after High Flow Nasal Cannula failure.
NIV after accidental extubation.
Pregnant patients.
Low Glasgow Coma Scale
