It is a research to compare two anesthetic medications, propofol and dexmedetomidine with local anesthesia of throat in bronchoscopic procedure.

- Health Condition 1: null- All patients are sick with dyspnea at rest because of number of lung pathologies. Number of patients are on oxygen therapy at rest.

Inclusion Criteria
All ASA GRADE 2-4 aged 18-70 yrs aged consented
patients undergoing rigid bronchoscopy for tracheal stenting, crybiopsy, foreign body
removal or Transbronchial Needle Aspiration etc. will be included in our study
Exclusion Criteria
CAD or congestive heart failure
ESRD, END STAGE LIVER DISEASE
Refusal to give consent
Bronchoscopy through tracheostomy
Coagulopathy
Known allergy to local anesthetics
Anterior neck swelling
