1.Participants will be enrolled from patient who received dental implant at Prosthodontic and Esthetic Restorative and Implant Dentistry department, Chulalongkorn University, 2.Age more than 18, 3.Systemically healthy, 4.Non-smoker, 5.Healthy periodontal status or treated periodontitis
-Single tooth implant in function more than 1 year and diagnosed with peri-implant mucositis., 6.Mucosal emergence angle of implant prostheses at least 3 points from MB, B, DB, MLi, Li, DLi are more than 30 degrees., 7.Width of keratinized tissue equal or more than 2 mm. around experimental implant , 8.Presence of at least 3 mm soft tissue thickness at implant site, 9.No history of head and neck radiation, 10.Ability and willingness to comply with all study requirements and give informed consent.
1.Diabetes millitus, 2.Patient requiring antibiotic prophylaxis or receiving antibiotic in the preceding 3 months, 3.Patient receiving corticosteroid or any other medication known to affect the gingiva or the inflammatory reaction eg. antiepileptic drugs, calcium channel antagonist, 4.Patient who pregnant
