- >= 18 years old
- written informed consent
- upper or lower gastrointestinal tract endoscopy for diagnosis or follow-up of pre-malignant disorder of the gastrointestinal tract

Exclusion Criteria

- pregnancy
- esophagectomy, gastrectomy
- total proctocolectomy
