Inclusion Criteria
1. aged 20- 80 years old
2. ischemic stroke
3. duration of stroke more than 6 months
4. No uncontrolled serious medical complications
Exclusion Criteria
1.severe cognitive impairment MMSE < 10
2.cannot totally communicate
