Age more than 18 years, Symptomatic varicose veins-undergoing Trendelenburg or RFA (unilateral and bilateral), Clinical Etiologic Anatomic Pathophysiologic (CEAP) class C 2-4 E p A s P r , GSV incompetence, Recurrent varicose veins- if the GSV is preserved to groin on duplex imaging, Informed consent given.
Duplication of saphenous trunk, Small saphenous vein reflux (until 3 months after removal of such a vein), Previous deep vein thrombosis (DVT), Presenting with acute thrombophlebitis, Peripheral arterial disease.
