Inclusion Criteria
Patients with grade 1 and grade 2 physical status of ASA(American society of Anesthesiologists)
Patients without cardiac disease
Patients without chronic kidney disease
Patients without metabolic disease
Patients without known hypersensitivity reaction to Etomidate and Remifentanil
patients who provide informed consent
Exclusion Criteria
cardiac arrest during surgery or recovery
patients who didn't provide consent

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Mean Arterial pressure Which is the average arterial pressure throughout one cycle. Timepoint: measuring blood pressure right after induction and in 5,10,15,20 minutes after induction(during surgery). Method of measurement: Measuring blood pressure with vital sign monitoring device during surgery.(Non-invasive blood pressure measuring).;Pulse rate. Timepoint: measuring Pulse rate right after induction and in 5,10,15,20 minutes after induction(during surgery). Method of measurement: Measuring pulse rate with vital sign monitoring device during surgery.(ECG/Resp ).;Respiratory rate. Timepoint: measuring Respiratory rate right after induction and in 5,10,15,20 minutes after induction(during surgery). Method of measurement: Measuring respiratory rate with vital sign monitoring device during surgery.(ECG/Resp ).
