Healthy Singleton Pregnancy
Gestational Age 20-26 Weeks
First Pregnancy
Having a Fear of Childbirth Score Equal to or More than 66 Vijma
Literacy for Reading and Writing
Ability to Speak Persian
Willingness to Participate in the Study
Having a Smartphone
Exclusion Criteria
Fetal/Maternal Disorders
Severe life Crises During the last 6 Months
Having Mental Disorders Based on the Pregnancy Record
