Inclusion Criteria
Upper limb surgery ; ASA class 1,2 ;15- 50 years old.
Exclusion criteria:Patients under15 or above 50 years old ; history of drug allergy; sickle cell anemia ; cardiac arrhythmia ; neuromuscular diseases ; history of nitroglycerin or sildenafil usage.
