Inclusion Criteria
Obese children and adolescents (BMI > 95 percentile for age)
Exclusion Criteria
1. Neuro-muscular disease
2. Chronic lung diseases; asthma , bronchiectasis, congenital lung diseases
3. Lower respiratory tract infection within 4 weeks before the test
4. History of hypertention, heart diseases, pulmonary hypertention
