Inclusion Criteria
1.Elderly subjects with T2DM ( >60y).
2.Subjects with T2DM (30-50y).
3.Healthy adults of age 25-50 years
4.Obese and overweight individuals
Exclusion Criteria
1.Any food allergy or medical condition that prevents them from eating such products
2.Persons with any disability to swallow
3.Unwillingness to participate in the study
