Acne: clinically proben (facial Acne papulopustulosa or Acne papulopustulosa et comedonica), mild to moderate (Grade 2 - 8 according Leeds Scale of Acne Grading), al least 10 inflammatory lesions, no treatment other than OTC
control group: healthy skin of all types
