Inclusion Criteria

1. Patients with gallstones and gallbladder dysfunction diagnosed by B-mode ultrasonography;
2. Aged 20-65 years.

Exclusion Criteria

1. B-mode ultrasonography or other imaging confirmed extrahepatic or intrahepatic bile duct stones;
2. Examination confirmed that cholelithiasis occurred in the attack stage, or complications such as acute suppurative cholecystitis, acute gangrenous cholecystitis, acute obstructive suppurative cholecystitis, gallbladder perforation complicated with diffuse peritonitis. Or other diseases rather than the disease;
3. With a history of gallbladder colic and acute cholecystitis;
4. Gallbladder polyps or malignant lesions were found;
5. Combined with gallstone obstruction;
6. Combined with acute or chronic pancreatitis;
7. Combined with diabetes;
8. Has a history of epigastric surgery such as vagotomy or subtotal gastrectomy;
9. Drugs, such as erythromycin, sodium cholate and somatostatin, which may affect gallbladder contraction have been used recently;
10. Pregnant or lactating women;
11. Allergic constitution or allergic to multiple drugs, and those who may not take effective contraceptive measures during pregnancy;
12. Patients with severe primary diseases and psychosis, such as heart, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system;
13. Patients who participated in other clinical trials in the past one month.
