Inclusion Criteria
1. Lacto-vegetarian Male or female patients of 18-55 years.
2. Confirmed diagnosis of vitamin d deficiency by serum vitamin d level.
Exclusion Criteria
1.Chronic Kidney disease (CKD)
2.Intestinal malabsorption disorders like colitis, IBS etc
3.Pure Vegan
