Inclusion Criteria
- •Male patients with PSA =4.0 ng/mL
- •Lithotomy position for prostate biopsy is possible for participants
Exclusion Criteria
- •Prior pelvic pain before prostate biopsy
- •TURP history
- •Hormonal therapy or radiotherapy history
- •Existing any Ano-rectal pathology
