Inclusion Criteria
Patients belonging to American Society of Anaesthesiologist physical status I and II who will undergo elective surgery under general anaesthesia where nasotracheal intubation is indicated
Exclusion Criteria
1 Obesity(BMI >30Kg/m2)
2 Hypertension
3 Cardiac disease
4 Pregnancy
5 Any coagulation disorder
6 Obstructed nasal passage
