1. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of SCD;
2. Patients between 60 and 75 years old;
3. Compared with the former normal state, the patients with continuous cognitive decline of self perception had no relationship with acute events;
4. Patients who have not been engaged in regular exercise in the last six months;
5. Patients with right handedness;
6. Patients with informed consent and voluntary participation.
1. Patients with hypertension and uncontrolled blood pressure;
2. Patients with history of alcohol and drug abuse;
3. Patients with severe anxiety and depression;
4. Patients with cognitive decline caused by other reasons;
5. Patients with sports contraindications or low education level can not cooperate with the test;
6. Patients with contraindications of MRI, take drugs that affect brain imaging;
7. Patients who are participating in other study trials that affect the results of this study.
