Inclusion Criteria
- •ASA grade I and II
- •Age between 18 to 50
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patient refusal.
- •Known hypersensitivity or contraindication to clonidine, dexmedetomidine, nitro\-glycerine, fentanyl
- •Pregnancy or lactating mothers
- •History of hepatic, renal or cardiopulmonary diseases
- •History of significant neurological, psychiatric, or neuromuscular disorders
- •Alcoholism, diabetes, hyper or hypothyroidism
- •Patients on calcium channel blockers
- •Bleeding diathesis
