Patients belonging to ASa grade 1 and ASA grade 2
Patients scheduled for elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy under general anaessthesia
With endotracheal intubation
Unwilling patients.
Patients with anticipated difficult intubation.
Patients with labeled blood pressure, severe renal, endocrine and cardiac dysfunction, heart block.
Patients on Beta-blocker drugs.
Patients with asthma, chronic obstructive lung disease, Cystic fibrosis.
Morbidly Obese patients.
Patients with history of alcohol/drug abuse.
Pregnant and lactating patients.
