- critical preoperative status
- hematological malignity
- hematological disease
- end stage of kidney injury (GFR<20 mL/min)
- aortic surgery with total arrest (reconstruction of ascendent aorta without total arrest will be included)
- surgery with total arrest
- transplantation.
