Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 70 children of both sex, aged 3 to 8 years with ASA physical status I\-II will be enrolled for this prospective study

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\.Patients with predicted difficult airway
  • 2\.Obese patients with body mass index \>30
  • 3\.Emergency procedures
  • 4\.ASA physical status \> II
  • 5\.Patient refusal
  • 6\.Surgery \< 1 hour
