[1] implants in the upper and lower jaw placed in 2008 by MB,
[2] implant systems used: Straumann, Biomet 3i, Camlog,
[3] at least 18 years old
[4] patients entered either primary prevention program for periodontal therapy or periodontal supportive therapy (after active treatment), both based on periodontal risk analysis (PRA) with a frequency of every 3 to 6 months including periodontal examination, oral hygiene instructions, professional tooth cleaning and scaling and root planning (if needed)
[1] implants without prosthetic restorations
[2] patients unable or unwilling to sign informed consent.

Name Time Method To assess the prevalence of peri-implant inflammation of loaded and osseointegrated implants in an annual sample of a well maintained population by clinical and radiographic findings routinely recorded during 5-year-implant-maintenance-appointments from 02.01.2013 to 30.12.2013.

Name Time Method To dentify risk-indicators for peri-implant inflammation in this Population by logistic regression using parameters captured during 5-year-implant-maintenance-appointment. Appointment were scheduled between 02.01.1013 and 30.12.2013.
