1. Patients who signed the written informed consent document.
2. 21-40 years old females (both inclusive).
3. Having two or more implantation failures after good embryo transfer (Gardener’s grade 3/4/5/AA/AB/BA/BB).
4. Patients undergoing their IVF/ICSI cycle with single embryo transfer (SET) or double embryo transfer (DET) of frozen blastocyst stage embryos (day 5/6) on an HRT cycle.
5. BMI: 18.5 - 30.0 kg/m2 (both inclusive).
6. Negative serological tests for HIV, HBV, HCV, RPR.
1. Uncontrolled diabetes, hypertension, heart disease and with known case of autoimmune disease.
2. Male partner with total sperm count less than 5 million per ml.
3. Surgically retrieved sperm for ICSI .
4. Adenomyosis
5. Endometrial thickness less than 7mm on day of embryo transfer.
6. Removal of myomas greater than 4 cm, within two months prior to embryo transfer.
7. Salpingectomy or tubal clipping for hydrosalpinx within one month prior to embryo transfer.
