入选标准
- •1.Patients of either sex.
- •2.Age group of less than 1 years.
- •3.ASA grade I & II.
- •4.Undergoing elective pediatric surgery requiring endotracheal intubation.
排除标准
- •1.Lack of consent by parents/guardian.
- •2.History of difficult intubation.
- •3.Children with airway related conditions such as trismus, limited mouth opening, trauma or mass.
- •4.Risk of gastric aspiration.
- •5.Children with upper respiratory tract infection
- •6.If more than 3 attempts taken to intubate than exclude the particular patient.
