- •Inclusion criteria
- •? 65 years of age or older
- •? ASA class II, III
- •? Patients who have fully explained the purpose and contents of this study before participating in the study and signed a written consent form that has been approved by the research ethics review committee of the institution to participate in this study
排除标准
- •Exclusion criteria
- •? Under 65 years
- •? Past history of nasal obstruction
- •? Abnormal anatomical structure of the nasal cavity
- •? intranasal bleeding
- •? Warfarin, steroid use
- •? BMI 30 or higher
- •? ASA IV or higher
- •? Vulnerable subjects (those who lack medical ability, are pregnant or are planning to become pregnant)
