- •1.) Children in ASA1 and 2 physical health undergoing lung decortication surgery for pyothorax
- •2.) Parents consenting for participation in the study
排除标准
- •1.) ASA physical status more than 2 .
- •2.) Parents not consenting for participation in the study.
- •3.) Allergy to ropivacaine, morphine or dexmedetomidine
- •4.) Coagulopathy
- •5.) Local site infection
- •6.) Renal, hepatic , cardiac or mental dysfunction
