- •1. >18 years old
- •2. Diagnosed as acute pancreatitis based on (any 2 out of the three)
- •1. Clinical presentation -acute onset characteristic abdominal pain
- •2. Serum amylase or lipase exceeding 3 times the upper limit of normal (100 IU/L)
- •3. Characteristic findings on abdominal ultrasonography and/or computed tomography
排除标准
- •1. Post-Instrumentation pancreatitis.
- •2. Traumatic pancreatitis
- •3. Known cases of chronic pancreatitis with a recurrent acute event
