- •good physical and mental condition, regular participation in strength training (min. 2h/week) for at least 6 months

- •cardiopulmonary or neuromuscular primary diseases, acute injuries of the upper extremities, eccentric training of the upper extremities at intensities greater than the one repetition maximum during concentric contractions during the last 6 months
