入选标准
- •(1) older adults age between 65 and 80 y/o
- •(2) Mini-mental status examination (MMSE) in no less than 24 points
- •(3) Montreal cognitive assessment (MoCA) is no less than 24 points as healthy and < 26 as MCI
- •(4) Walk independently (without assistive devices) for at least 10 m
排除标准
- •(1) Unstable medical conditions
- •(2) MMSE < 24
- •(3) Neurological, cardiac disease, or learning disability
- •(4) Ongoing regular aquatic exercise program
- •(5) Contraindication for exercise and hydrotherapy
