- •Patients aged 65 years and above attending OPD
- •Patient diagnosed with Sarcopenia (Asian working group society)
- •Provision of informed consent
排除标准
- •Critically ill to undergo a detailed evaluation process
- •Contraindication for CPET
- •Failure to achieve at least a single follow-up examination
- •Conditions which can affect follow-up like
- •Advanced dementia
- •Stroke with poor functional status
- •Marked impairment of Activities of daily living (ADL)
