- •PDAC group : 1.Age>= 18 years
- •2.Confirmed diagnosis of PDAC by imaging and tissue diagnosis
- •2.1Imaging : CT, MRI, EUS
- •2.2 Tissue : FNA, cytology, Biopsy
- •Cystic neoplasm group: 1.Age>= 18 years
- •2.Confirmed diagnosis of IPMN by imaging : CT, MRI, EUS
- •No-pancreatic lesion group : 1.Age>= 18 years
- •(age and sex matched with PDAC)
- •2.Without any pancreatic lesion confirmed with imaging
- •3.No history of previous pancreatitis
排除标准
- •Concurrent or previous history of 2nd malignancy
- •Previous treatment of PDAC
- •Unable to breath through mouth or nose
- •Concurrent active infection
