入选标准
- •Good oral hygiene with plaque index less than 20%; presence of teeth adjacent to the tooth to be extracted with harmonical gingival architecture; age between 18-65 years; clinical attachment level in the vestibular sites > 3 mm.
排除标准
- •history of periodontal surgical procedures in the surgical site; Presence of systemic impairment that makes it impossible to carry out the surgeries; presence of infection involving the gingival margin; smokers,
- •bruxism, alcoholics, drug users, diabetics, pregnants, History of radiotherapy
- •in the head and neck region, users of medications that may interfere with the
- •bone remodeling, presence of pathologies that affect bone metabolism.
