- •ASA grade I and II
- •MPS grade I and II
- •Patients undergoing various elective surgeries under general anaesthesia.
排除标准
- •1. BMI >30 kg /m2.
- •2. Allergies to lignocaine/dexmedetomidine.
- •3. Patients with heart block.
- •4. Patients with bradycardia (HR <50 bpm).
- •5. Hypotension (BP <90/40).
- •6. Patient with any cardiac disease.
- •7. Patient with a difficult airway.
- •8. Patient refusing consent.
- •9. Patient on beta blockers.
