入选标准
- •ASA physical status 1&2.
- •Parturients with singleton pregnancy aged 21-35 years,at gestational maturity of 37-41 weeks with cephalic presentation and spontaneous onset of labour.
- •Active phase of labour with cervical dilatation of 4cms and 50% effacement.
- •On admission Non Stress Test--Reactive.
- •No identifiable medical or obstetric complication present.
- •No clinical evidence of cephalopelvic disproportion
排除标准
- •High risk cases like antepartum haemorrhage,preeclampsia,diabetes complicating pregnancy,polyhydramnious,oligohydramnious,cephalopelvic disproportion,malpresentation and prelabour rupture of membranes.
