- •Female 25-40 years old
- •Unilateral endometrioma 3-7 cm in diameters
- •Unilateral endometrioma < 3 cm in diameters with infertility
排除标准
- •Previous adnexal surgery
- •Could not clearly differentiate from cancer
- •Hormonal treatment within 1 month before surgery
- •Defective endocrinology
- •Preoperative AMH less than 0.5 ng/m
