入排标准

入选标准

  • Aged 18 to 60 years
  • ASA PS 1 or 2
  • Elective surgery scheduled under spinal anaesthesia in supine position

排除标准

  • BMI >30 kg/m2 Patients with baseline SBP <90mmHg or mean arterial BP < 60 mmHg
  • Pregnant women
  • Patients taking ACE inhibitors
  • Patients with any contraindications to spinal anaesthesia
  • Patients undergoing emergency surgery
  • Patients scheduled for unilateral spinal anaesthesia
  • Failure to perform spinal anaesthesia
