- •1)American society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade 1and 2
- •2)Patients of age 18 to 60 years of any gender
- •3)Undergoing elective surgeries under general anaesthsesia with endotracheal intubation
排除标准
- •1)Patient not giving consent
- •2)Patients with Ischemic Heart Disease(IHD)
- •3)Patient with cardiac conduction block.
- •4)Uncontrolled hypertension
- •5)Patient with allergies to any drug
- •6) Cases with expected Difficult intubation
- •7)Pheochromocytoma
- •8)Patients with BP more than 180/100 mm hg after intubation.
